2. Subscription Billing

• ValyDoc operates on a recurring subscription model, including monthly or yearly plans.
• Subscriptions may apply to company accounts or individual accounts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• If a free trial is offered, billing begins after the trial period unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
• No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.
• No refunds are issued for failure to cancel before the renewal date or before a free trial ends.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Verified billing errors
• Technical issues preventing access to the Service for an extended period

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ValyDoc billing dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
• Access to the Service continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@valydoc.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.

Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
